By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, participating in a fundraiser, subscribing to our services, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
1. About Exclusively HBCUExclusively HBCU is a merchandise, fundraising, and subscription box company dedicated to celebrating and supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). We offer custom merchandise, fundraising campaigns, celebration bundles, subscription boxes, and related services.
2. Website UseYou agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
3. OrdersAll orders are subject to availability and acceptance.We reserve the right to:
  • Refuse or cancel any order.
  • Correct pricing or product description errors.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Discontinue products at any time.
4. Custom MerchandiseCustom products are created based on artwork, approvals, and information provided by the customer.Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Once final approval is provided, EH is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.Because custom merchandise is made specifically for each organization, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by EH.
5. Fundraising CampaignsOrganizations participating in fundraising campaigns agree to the following:
  • A non-refundable commitment fee is required before work begins.
  • The commitment fee covers initial design work, product sampling, and campaign preparation.
  • Most fundraising campaigns require approximately 6–8 weeks from project kickoff through fulfillment.
  • Organizations are responsible for actively promoting their fundraiser during the campaign period.
  • Fundraising proceeds are distributed according to the agreed-upon partnership terms.

6. Subscription BoxesQuarterly Subscription Boxes automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.Subscribers may pause or cancel their subscription at any time before renewal.Featured schools and products may change from quarter to quarter without notice.
7. PricingPrices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
8. ShippingEstimated production and shipping times are provided for planning purposes but are not guaranteed.EH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Returns & RefundsDue to the customized nature of many of our products, most custom merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
10. Intellectual PropertyAll website content—including logos, graphics, text, photographs, product designs, branding, and other materials—is the property of Exclusively HBCU unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Third-Party LinksOur website may contain links to third-party websites. EH is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
