Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 15 calendar days of when you received it. After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements. As long as the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, there are no questions asked.
Exchange requests incur a $4.95 restocking and re-shipping fee. Please double check your sizing before you purchase to prevent needing an exchange.

Because of the customized nature of our boxes and collection items, you cannot cancel or request changes once the closeout date has passed. You can update size preferences prior to the closeout date for the current box or for future boxes (See Shipping and Billing for Closeout date information). You can update Size preferences through your account portal or via email. If there is an issue with an item in your box that is our error, you MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving your box for it to be exchanged. No exceptions. For collection items, we may offer store credit once the item has been returned if it is unworn and in new condition or if there is an error on our behalf.
We do not offer refunds for boxes or collection items past the closeout date as your items have already been sent for production.
* Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart.
*Exclusively HBCU cannot replace stolen merchandise. Please hold mail or arrange for someone to get your package if you will be out of town during your estimated package delivery date.
*Clearance items or gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned.
