Exclusively HBCU Subscription FAQ

How to Subscribe:

1. Visit Our Website: Go to www.exclusivelyhbcu.com.
2. Choose Your Option: Select either the Quarterly Subscription or One-Time Purchase for the box you desire.
3. Create Your Account: Fill out your information to set up an account for future ease.
4. Enter Payment Information: Securely enter your payment details.
5. Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription is successful!

Quarterly Box Subscription Timelines:

• Q1 Box (All Black Box)

  • Pre-order: December 1st - January 15th
  • Shipping: By early March
  • Payment Drafted: March 1st

• Q2 Box (TBD)

  • Pre-order: February 1st - March 15th
  • Shipping: 1st week of April
  • Payment Drafted: April 1st

• Q3 Box (TBD)

  • Pre-order: March 1st - April 15th
  • Shipping: 1st week of July
  • Payment Drafted: July 1st

• Q4 Box (TBD)

  • Pre-order: June 1st - July 15th
  • Shipping: By the end of November
  • Payment Drafted: November 1st

Cancellation Policy:

• No Worries Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that cancellations must occur between February 24th and February 29th to avoid being charged on March 1st.
• You can also choose to skip a quarterly box while keeping your subscription active.
• Important Note: Seasonal boxes are not included in the subscription.

Return Policy:

• For custom products, we do not offer returns, and all sales are final.
• If there is an error on our behalf, we will provide the shipping cost and replace the item, including for defective items.
• Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered.
