Why is there a shipping timeline?
Our boxes feature exclusive, custom-designed items sourced both domestically and internationally. The timeline ensures that every product meets our high-quality standards and ships on schedule.

What if my items don’t fit?

Due to the nature of our projects, all items are produced specifically based on the number of orders placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges.

There is no extra inventory available once production is complete.

Unless otherwise noted, all apparel items are unisex fit. Any alternative fit will be clearly specified on the product page.

After my order ships, can I cancel it?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Fundraising and custom collaboration orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
